promote Halal relationships

Initially, many young men and women begin creating content on social media platforms. As they produce reels and various types of content, their popularity grows, inspiring others along the way. Gradually, they shift their focus to topics like relationships, love, and married life, accumulating a significant following of admirers and enthusiasts. They often showcase their affluent lifestyles through exchanges of expensive gifts, funded by their platform earnings. This portrayal influences some followers, particularly young women, who start emulating the belief that traveling, exchanging lavish gifts, and maintaining an elite lifestyle are crucial for happiness in relationships and life.

However, some girls become disheartened because they feel inadequate, fixating only on the glamorous highlights shared by influencers. Influencers carefully curate their content to present only the positive aspects, concealing the darker realities of their lives. This selective presentation can lead followers to develop feelings of inadequacy and complex emotions, believing they fall short in achieving significant milestones. When influencers experience public breakups despite their fame and wealth, it often prompts the creation of memes accompanied by melancholic music and unsolicited advice for reconciliation.

Why do influencers choose to share their private lives if they later seek privacy? Moreover, are the relationships they display, which inspire many, truly permissible (halal)? Why do we endorse these impermissible (haram) relationships that our faith strictly prohibits? Why do we admire and derive inspiration from behaviors that do not align with our ethical principles? While it's acknowledged that none of us are flawless, why do we actively participate in highlighting the negative aspects of these relationships?
